Welcome to Aicademy. By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any of our courses, workshops, or Practice Labs, you explicitly agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration and Security
To access our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Aicademy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
2. Enrollment, Access, and Billing
Upon successful payment of the applicable fees, Aicademy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the enrolled course, workshop, or Practice Lab. Subscriptions for Practice Labs are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increases affecting your active subscription.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Aicademy platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, code snippets, practice scenarios, and software, is the exclusive property of Aicademy and Kamal Kumar, protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or resell any part of our content without our express prior written consent. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for lawful educational purposes. You must not: (a) attempt to breach or circumvent our security measures; (b) use our Practice Labs to launch attacks, mine cryptocurrency, or host malicious content; (c) harass, abuse, or spam other users or instructors in live sessions or community forums. Violation of these rules gives Aicademy the right to instantly terminate your access and report illegal activities to law enforcement.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Aicademy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aicademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
